The Role

As a Senior Consultant in our Canberra Office, you will be part of a team directly engaging with clients, reporting to a Senior Manager or Principal/Director. You will understand the client’s operational challenges and collaborate to develop tailored solutions. Your role may involve directly supporting the client and their team through successful implementation.

What to Expect

Engage directly with clients to understand their operational issues and challenges
Collaborate with the team to develop contemporary, tailored solutions
Utilise core consulting skills including research, analysis, facilitation, presentation, and attention to detail
Opportunities for professional and personal development through structured training, collaboration, exposure to industry leaders, and learning by doing
Primarily an office-based role with flexibility to work remotely as deemed appropriate

About you

We are looking for someone with a desire to make a real difference. Someone who sees a problem, leans into the problem, and then can think creatively and critically to solve it.

Essential Requirements:

Tertiary qualification in Business/Finance or Engineering
1-3 years consulting experience in a similar role
Prior experience working on process improvement or process reengineering projects
Advanced diagrammatic and analysis skills, including advanced Excel skills
Proven ability to build rapport and develop productive relationships with stakeholders
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational skills and discipline
