About Our Ecommerce Management Team

Are you ready to dive into the world of e-commerce and Shopify? We're currently expanding our team and seeking a dedicated Junior Ecommerce Consultant - Webshop (f/m/d). As a key player in our team, you ensure the seamless daily operation of our customers' Shopify stores, transforming challenges into opportunities to optimize processes and drive revenue growth.

What's unique about this role?

You have the opportunity to learn and grow quickly in the field of webshops and e-commerce, gaining hands-on experience with Shopify and other leading tools
You work with exciting international clients and be exposed to different industries, providing valuable insights and learning opportunities

How would you spend your time if you join us?

You oversee daily operations of customers' Shopify webshops, ensuring smooth functionality and resolving basic operational issues
You support product and content management by organizing, updating, and optimizing product listings and store content for a better user experience
You set up and manage landing pages using Shopify tools to support marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and CRM systems, ensuring alignment with customer goals
You leverage and enhance your Shopify expertise to identify opportunities for operational improvements and revenue growth, offering actionable recommendations
You assist in basic adjustments to templates using Shopify's built-in tools to improve user experience and site performance (no coding required)
You install and configure Shopify apps to enhance functionality and support marketing activities, ensuring proper integration and setup
You collaborate with internal teams to align store operations with business and marketing strategies, providing Shopify-specific insights
You stay informed on Shopify updates, trends, and best practices, sharing insights with customers to enhance their e-commerce performance

Requirements

Who Are You?

You have already gained initial webshop experience, preferably with Shopify
You have a good understanding of e-commerce processes, including selling, logistics, and customer support
You understand the needs of companies undergoing transformation and the challenges they face in daily operations
You are organized and detail-oriented, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently proactive mindset, eager to take on new challenges and grow your skills
You possess very good written and verbal communication skills in German and English
