We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Strategy Consultant to join our team. This position will involve working closely with clients to analyse their current practices, develop strategic initiatives, and implement effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to develop strategic objectives, plans, and processes aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and optimizing resource use.
Analyse and assess existing systems and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
Design and implement efficient workflows, methods, and operational frameworks tailored to client needs.
Provide strategic advice and facilitate the adoption of new processes and technologies.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
Lead and support digital transformation initiatives, integrating advanced technologies to enhance operational performance.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure smooth implementation of new strategies and processes.
Engage with stakeholders at all levels to drive consensus and ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in management consulting, preferably in the infrastructure construction and energy sectors.
Proven track record of delivering successful projects and driving operational improvements.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in client-facing roles.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Experience in digital transformation and technology integration projects.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
