Responsibilities
- To Perform user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access changes across various systems and applications.
- Responsible to manage access requests, ensuring alignment with role-based access control (RBAC) principles.
- To maintain and update documentation for IAM processes, policies, and workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related incidents and service requests.
- Work with IT and security teams to ensure seamless integration of IAM solutions with business applications.
- Support the implementation and administration of IAM tools and platforms
- Support audit activities by providing required reports and evidence related to access control.
- Monitor IAM system logs for anomalies and potential security incidents.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- To participate in IAM-related projects, including the implementation of new tools and technologies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within IAM operations.
- To stay updated on IAM best practices, trends, and emerging technologies.
- To participate in escalation calls, when required, to brief stakeholder management on support cases, and assist in the creation of action plans aiming to solve customer issues as quickly as possible.
- Take end-to-end ownership of assigned customer issues, including initial troubleshooting, identification of root cause and issue resolution.
- Internal reproduction of the customer problem to enable the development and testing of a resolution.
Required Skills
- Experience in supporting Identity and Access Management platforms.
- Proven working experience in enterprise technical support, IT support or as a technical engineer.
- Experience with analyzing software logs like cloud watch .
- Familiarity with IAM tools and platforms
- Should have experience in end-to-end ownership of assigned customer issues, including initial troubleshooting, identification of root cause and issue resolution.
- Strong Identity and Access Management domain knowledge
- Good understanding Authentication and authorization concerpts like SAML, OAuth2, SSO etc.
Preferred (Optional) Skills:
- ForgeRock AM or IDM knowledge is highly preferred
- Proficiency in Unix Shell Scripting, Linux commands/scripting
- Experience in Apache, Ansible, AWS platform is preferred
- Proficient in JSON, GIT and Jenkins
