A&M's Private Equity Performance Improvement practice focuses on serving upper middle market and large cap private equity firms who have engaged A&M to help improve operating results at their portfolio companies. Our area of expertise is supporting performing companies to deliver a growth strategy as well as supporting under-performing with a need to reorganize or take costs out. Working directly with company management, A&M helps stabilize financial and operational performance by developing and implementing comprehensive profitability and working capital improvement measures.
As a SeniorAssociate(m/f/d)you will manage the following key responsibilities, supported by the European Private Equity Performance Improvement team:
- Identifying and validating performance improvement initiatives; creating implementation plans and leading implementation of initiatives alongside company management
- Managing work streams including leading/mentoring junior A&M colleagues and client staff & owning key business processes to solve client’s problems
- Working closely with A&M’s European partnership group across Private Equity Performance Improvement to develop client focused go to market propositions, solutions, pitches and proposals
At best you already have some relevant consulting experience and the following qualifications:
- Master’s degree from an accredited university is essential
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to build complex integrated three statements financial models
- Ability to understand the impacts of transformation initiatives to P&L, balance sheet and cash flow
