An overview of the role
We are looking for an Enterprise Data & Analytics Intern to support our clients in turning data into tangible business value by designing an end-to-end Data & AI strategy and deploying data driven solutions centered on business, humans and ethics.
You will be involved in the following activities:
- Understanding purposes and ambitions of our clients for using data & AI.
- Prioritizing data & AI vision needs based on the relative effort and estimated ROI.
- Assessing Company vision through ethics and sustainability approach.
- Assessing current ability of our clients to generate value from data & AI.
- Understanding business requirements and defining the Target Operating Model to be reached.
- Building data driven solutions and dashboards tailored to the business needs.
- Definition of use case value prioritization processes to create Data & AI roadmap.
- Design of data & AI platforms.
- Design of business processes and operating model.

What requirements are we looking for?
- Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering and Physics.
- Strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity and passion for using data.
- Entrepreneur agile mindset to assist the journey of building innovative data & AI strategy projects.
- Proactive approach to exploring new data-driven solutions and techniques.
- Desire to join a dynamic and international team working environment, closely liaising with a wide range of different types of stakeholders across Business and IT organizations.
- You speak Italian and English fluently; another language would be considered a plus.
Desired Attributes:
- Experience in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Practical experience working with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Qlik
- Practical experience working with data and advanced analytics to support data-driven business decisions
