- Entrepreneurial Spirit: A drive for creating change and a relentless thirst for learning.
- Team Player: Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work independently.

- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, and proficiency in Finnish and English (Swedish is a plus).
