KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate to join our Business Tax Services practice.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and develop cost segregation reports
- Analyze construction cost data and design drawings
- Coordinate and collect information from building owners, architects, engineers and contractors
- Participate in area marketing and assist with marketing to potential clients
Qualifications:
- A minimum of three years of experience in performing cost segregation or valuation studies with a BA/BS degree in architecture, construction management, or engineering from an accredited college/university
- Familiarity with construction design and construction processes
- Strong knowledge of building systems
- Knowledge of the federal income tax depreciation aspects, project budgeting and accounting and desire to gain fixed asset reporting systems knowledge
- Ability to communicate effectively with client personnel and other KPMG professionals
- Willingness to travel
