Job Description
Our internship program is designed to fully immerse you within the culture and mission of consulting team. As a member of the team, you will have the opportunity and expectation to make a significant impact on all engagements that you are a part of. You will receive direct mentorship from consultants with diverse backgrounds and areas of expertise. At the completion of your tenure as an Summer Intern, you will have gained the skills and knowledge needed to be a well-rounded, effective, and knowledgeable professional who is ready to launch a successful career in the consulting business.
As a Summer Intern, you will be a full-fledged member of a project team and your work will typically involve:
Providing support to consultants who engage with clients
- Assist consultants with day-to-day aspects of projects including coordinating and attending regular meetings, taking minutes, and following up to those in attendance.
- Work with consultants in providing client support on an as-needed basis.
- Assist in the tracking of project-specific budgets, deliverables, and timelines.
Learning about business development efforts:
- Assist with drafting proposals and engagement documents.
- Support consultants in drafting publications, white papers, and/or marketing materials.
- Conduct research activities for potential new clients.
- Observe and support sales and marketing activities.
- Assist consultants with the creation of internal tools, systems, methods, and materials that help the company perform more efficiently and with higher quality results.
You will provide other support, as needed, and will be invited to participate in relevant internal or external meetings that may provide learning experiences and exposure to the business.
Qualifications
Undergraduate, master's or doctoral students who will graduate between October 2025 and September 2026
