Job Summary
Skills with agile knowledge and scrum master skills We are seeking a Sr. Consultant with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have domain experience in Telecom and will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role does not require travel. The Sr. Consultant will play a crucial role in driving project success and delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of Telecom solutions to meet client requirements and project goals.
- Oversee project timelines ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients helping them to optimize their Telecom operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy innovative Telecom solutions.
- Conduct thorough analysis of client needs and develop customized strategies to address their specific challenges.
- Ensure that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to keep the project on track.
- Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project outcomes.
- Mentor and support junior team members fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Telecom technology to provide cutting-edge solutions.
- Develop and deliver presentations to clients showcasing project progress and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the Telecom industry.
Qualifications
- Possess a bachelors degree in a relevant field a masters degree is nice to have.
- Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Telecom consulting or a related field.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Show proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Have experience with Telecom technologies and solutions.
- Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Certifications Required
PMP ITIL or relevant Telecom certifications are preferred.
