The Opportunity
As part of the Business Application Consulting team, you are tasked with refining HR policies, practices, and processes while transforming the HR organization to be more impactful in managing human capital. As a Senior Associate, you are expected to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and uphold exemplary standards, focusing on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You are responsible for configuring the Workday HCM Core module, collaborating across teams, and providing industry insights and leading practices to support client needs and organizational goals.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4 years of Workday product experience
What Sets You Apart
- Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Human Resources Management, Organizational Management, Computer and Information Science preferred
- Workday Services functional certification(s) preferably HCM Core and/or engagement manager certification
- Streamlining HR policies, practices, and processes
- Aligning HR strategy with business strategies

The salary range for this position is: $84,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
