Your profile:
Ideally, you will be able to demonstrate the majority of the below:
- Sector experience – You will have experience working within a UK water company or as part of a Consulting organization focused on the UK Water Sector. An understanding of the current trends and issues in the Sector and broader ecosystem, their impact on organisations and society including the anticipated shifts in AMP8 capability requirements
- Excellent presentation and articulation skills - outstanding written, oral communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex problems, quantitative analysis and solutions in a way that can be quickly understood both at Operational and Senior Leadership level
- Business relationship building – demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships at within UK Water Organisations
- Learning and Coaching – demonstrated desire to continue developing not only your own skills, but also those around you, both for clients and Capgemini Invent colleagues
- Project Experience - Demonstrable experience of delivering successful operations and/or transformation delivery within large scale projects or programmes.
- Proactive - You will be highly motivated, a self-starter, bringing a proactive, can-do attitude to project delivery, capable of working independently as well as in teams in a sometimes demanding project environment
