Role description:
A Financial Services Manager in Capgemini Invent takes on a leadership role, driving the strategic integration of innovative tech solutions within the financial sector.
They oversee high-impact projects, manage cross-functional teams, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to design and implement scalable strategies that enhance operational efficiency and business performance.
With a strong focus on business growth, the manager identifies market trends, builds key partnerships, and ensures the alignment of technological advancements with organizational goals. This role demands a balance of visionary thinking and practical execution to deliver value in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or any with a Business or Technology background.
- At least 6 years of experience are required (previous experience in Consulting is a strong plus)
- Strong technical knowledge (Python, R) is highly valuable
- C1 English level is mandatory
- Self-starter with highly developed interpersonal skills, decisive and result oriented
- Experience in team management is desirable
- Strong interest in Banking or Insurance and its impact on business and society
- Excellent communication, and strong presentation skills
- Strong work ethic and organizational skills to work in a fast paced environment.
Location: Madrid (desirable) or Barcelona. Also considering candidates willing to relocate.
