Our highly respected Infrastructure & Capital Projects (A&M INFRA) team is built on deep industry sector expertise with a demonstrably differentiated ability to address the most complex problems facing our public and private sector clients. Our multi-disciplinary team solving high-stakes issues for our clients across the capital project and infrastructure deal lifecycles. We are focused on improving outcomes on capital projects, mitigating risks and protecting value by reducing the level of uncertainty associated with the development, delivery and operation of programes and projects.
A&M INFRA is further expanding in Central Asia, and we are looking to recruit Analyst / Associate to join our fast-growing Astana-based practice. Working alongside some of the industry's brightest minds and most experienced colleagues, you will have an active role in the execution of client assignments and contributing to our success.
Activities and Responsibilities
- Consolidate data to enable critical analysis.
- Prepare presentations (internal and external) and client reports.
- Present analyzed data to managers and clients.
- Participate in the execution of work according to agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Execute I&CP service lines with proficiency.
- Engage in various projects, collaborating with colleagues and clients across a variety of sectors and functional areas.
- Respond promptly to project demands and anticipate critical actions for the success of initiatives.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional background in Engineering or Consulting in Performance Improvement and Operational Excellence
- Academic background in engineering.
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Willingness to travel.
- Fluent Russian and English.
