About us:
At Blue Matter, we are management consultants who foster innovation and creativity to bring meaningful impact to the life sciences industry. In our Zurich office we have an empowering and supportive team culture. Keeping our consultants and clients happy are our top priorities. We are a diverse collective of individuals (10+ nationalities / 25-30 team members) who are driven and dedicated to delivering great quality work while enjoying each other’s company. For us, work is one aspect of a fuller life and we value people who have lives outside of their professional engagements. Our office is located in central Zurich and is an important setting to our social agenda, be it lunch in the sun on our rooftop or optional monthly team building events (anything from wine tasting to ice skating).

As an Associate Consultant (AC) / Consultant (C) / Senior Consultant (SC), you will join a Blue Matter project team to develop creative solutions to our clients’ problems. - Collaborative - be able to effectively plan your own work and deliver on what you commit to doing to your project team (ideally on time)
- Communicative - be able to transparently and concisely interact with internal and external team members both verbally and in writing (ideally in English)
