About the role:
Financial service (FS) institutions are being fundamentally changed by a rapid absorption of digital and disruptive technology. Our Enterprise Transformation team integrate strategy, process, people, technology, and data into a comprehensive transformation journey for our clients, spanning from vision to digital core, and from transformation to asset-driven consulting.
As Capgemini Invent is growing in the Southeast Asia region, we are seeking to hire an Consultant to enable the transformation and performance improvement of businesses by identifying FS clients’ needs and recommending intelligent, digital solutions. With a focus on structured analysis and visualization of an enterprise’s current and future state, you will ensure the delivery of quality, accurate, and valuable solutions to clients.
What you’ll do:
- Work on topics in Financial Services value-chain such as strategy, competitor benchmarking, process redesign, and customer digital transformation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements
- Work with client to understand issues, pain points and help create strategy for change
- Develop solutions and recommendations based on fact-based analysis and insights
- Foster relationships and ensure stakeholder alignment
- Influence and drive decision-making through workshops and presentations.
- Continuously improve business analysis practices by staying updated on industry trends and contributing to knowledge sharing
What you´ll bring:
- Passionate for Financial Services industry.
- Over 2 years of experience with leading consulting organizations working on transformation projects.
- Proficient in process improvement analysis and business process re-engineering.
- Experience in the delivery and implementation of large change initiatives.
- Capable of working autonomously and managing tasks efficiently with tight timelines.
- A team player with excellent work ethic and communication skills.
- Good knowledge / appetite for some of the following themes:
- (1) Strategy & organization: Transformation Program and Change Management, IT Operating Model improvement, Process Optimization, Post Merger Integration / Sourcing, Shared Service Center and Cost Reduction Programs
- (2) Industrialization of IT operations: Globalization and Off shoring Strategies, Leverage of Cloud Computing, Improvement of Operational Excellence through Lean IT
- (3) Digital transformation: Digital architecture, Agile & DevOps methodology, Innovative Technology Capabilities such as Data Analytics, Internet of things, Blockchain.
