- Drive business assessment, advise clients on digital transformations of a Supply Chain by introducing a functionality SAP, IBP, Ariba, Oracle, MS etc and new features available in the market, share and shape implementation options to overcome current challenges and optimize key business processes.
- Advice clients on implement engagements using a deep knowledge of a supply chain using Supply Chain capabilities.
Good at selling, helping Accenture Strategy, India to develop business opportunities in Japan market. Good understanding of a Japanese business culture which can help collaborating with Accenture Japan Leadership and consulting teams.
- Manage sales and overall sales related activities
- Partner with leadership in expanding opportunities with existing clients through proactive identification of pain points and innovative solutioning,
- Responsible for building and nurturing pipeline of sales opportunities aligned with Accenture strategy India team
- Focusing on selling and prospecting SAP and other ERP solutions
- Drive digital and high-quality customer engagement by using Accenture Assets, PoV and tool.
- Support, cooperate and collaborate with Accenture India team for resources staffing from India to Japan market
- Align with Indian and Japanese leadership for most effective business development planning and execution
- Generate and qualify leads through proper means (cold calling, phone campaigns, email actions, etc.) in alignment with management
- Pass qualified leads to Sales resource for opportunity management and execution
- Regularly review lead pipeline and progression
- Support Accenture’s pursuits related to SAP and other solution opportunities by assisting proposal drafts, supporting sales and delivery cycles.
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing efforts, reviews and continually improves processes so that the team and firm capture and leverage knowledge.

Your experience counts!
- MBA or master’s degree in industrial engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management from Tier-1 college is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with good academic record
- 13+ years post qualification
- 2+ project lifecycle experiences
- Experience in conducting RFPs, working on business development startegeis, creating business opportunities is must
- Domain knowledge in Supply Chain Management in the areas of Sourcing and Procurement, Planning, Inventory, Manufacturing & warehousing and logistics processes
Priority Skill
Sales experience, Overall understanding of Supply chain, Supply Chain digital transformation project experience, Japanese language, Japanese business culture
