Collaborate with clients to design and execute human capital initiatives that align with their strategic objectives.
Leverage technology and data-driven insights to enable impactful workforce transformations.
Drive client engagements, from strategy development to solution implementation, ensuring high-quality delivery and tangible results.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including CHROs and business leaders, to design and execute people transformation initiatives.
Build strong relationships with clients to position Accenture as a trusted advisor and thought leader in Talent and Organisation solutions.
Project Delivery:
Lead and support the delivery of projects across diverse industries, focusing on areas such as talent management, operating model design, change management, and employee experience.
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that address business challenges.
Human Capital Strategy & Innovation:
Develop and implement strategies for workforce transformation, enabling organisations to adapt to the future of work.
Use digital tools and data analytics to provide insights that drive informed decision-making and enhance workforce productivity.
Thought Leadership & Collaboration:
Contribute to the development of thought leadership on key topics such as employee experience, culture transformation, and workforce analytics.
Collaborate with global and local teams to tailor solutions to the unique needs of the African market.

Experience:
5+ years of experience in HR consulting, human capital strategy, or a related field.
Proven ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels, delivering impactful outcomes for clients.
Demonstrated experience with operating model design, talent strategies, and organisational transformation initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
Familiarity with ERP platforms or HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors).
Certifications in change management, project management, or HR-related specializations (e.g., Prosci, SHRM, or equivalent).
