Florida Market
We are seeking a top-notch Business Operations Analyst who exudes professionalism, adaptability, foresight, and the ability to think outside the box. This individual must have a demonstrated commitment to excellence and be comfortable performing daily tasks that are critical to the Florida market client account teams. The ideal candidate will have strong executive presence and be comfortable working with all levels of leadership across multiple teams. We are seeking someone comfortable evaluating existing processes and operational issues while also being capable of thinking outside the box for solutions or the development of new processes.
In this role, the Business Operations Analyst will work closely with the client account leaders in the Florida market to help define, develop, implement and manage account and engagement operational excellence processes. In this role, the Business Operations Analyst will provide day-to-day coordination of the operational lifecycle across our active client engagements.
Specific Account Related Responsibilities Would Include
- Support contracting process with account teams and client counterparts
- Facilitate engagement set up and change orders with Engagement Management Office (EMO)
- Assist account and engagement leaders with tracking and managing engagement details
- Support account onboarding, offboarding processes
- Support time entry corrections and revenue adjustments
- Support billing reconciliation and assist in Accounts Receivable coordination
- Support relationships and processes with client procurement and Accounts Payable teams
- Reconcile third party administrator billing and time entry systems
- Manage subcontractor contracting and onboarding processes as needed
- Act as a liaison between local leaders and global services teams to research complex questions, troubleshoot and resolve issues with engagement setup, time entry, billing, invoicing, etc.
Location:
- Time will be split between remote work location, Miami or Tampa Slalom office, and occasionally client sites.
Specific Qualifications
- 1-3 years professional work experience in an office business operations position
- Strong financial aptitude
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work with many levels in the organization, support departments and business leaders
- Exceptional analysis skills, and the ability to focus on detail and accuracy
- Interest in identifying and driving process improvement
- Excellent technology skills, including Microsoft tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.), and the ability to learn new technologies quickly
- An understanding of CRM Systems (Salesforce, etc.).
Things That Would Be a Plus
- Experience in professional services company and contract management activities
- Experience with Salesforce and Power BI desired

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position at the Analyst, Business Operations level the base salary pay range is $53,000 to $74,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
