About the Role:
As an Intern, you will be part of the CTS team for 3-6 months and your tasks will include:
- Supporting clients in transformation initiatives with a focus on driving \rapid results\ that create long-lasting value
- Conducting insightful analyses and developing forward-thinking strategies to help shape successful transformation concepts
- Collaborating on international projects across various industries, including strategic realignment, corporate restructuring, and company-wide efficiency improvements
Qualifications:
- A strong academic background with an excellent Bachelor's degree and enrollment in a Master’s or MBA program
- A keen interest in business and a passion for problem-solving—comfort with numbers is a plus
- Analytical skills and proficiency in tools like MS Excel and PowerPoint to create impactful presentations and insights
- A hands-on approach with a focus on delivering results and excellent communication skills to work effectively in teams
- Previous experience in consulting, private equity, banking, or industry internships is a plus, but not required
- Fluency in both German and English is essential, and knowledge of additional languages is a bonus
