About the Role

In this role, you will play a crucial role in:
● Consulting with clients: Conducting needs assessments, developing customised coaching plans, and delivering impactful coaching sessions.
● Building client relationships: Building strong and lasting relationships with clients, understanding their unique challenges, and providing ongoing support and guidance.
● Contributing to content development: Contributing to the creation of high-quality content, such as articles, blog posts, and presentations, to enhance our thought leadership and attract new clients.
● Business development: Identifying and pursuing new opportunities, including prospecting for new clients and building strategic partnerships.
Requirements
● Proven experience in leadership coaching, executive coaching, or a related field.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
● Strong coaching and facilitation skills, with a proven ability to create engaging and impactful learning experiences.
● Exceptional time management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
● A passion for personal and professional growth and a desire to make a positive impact on others.
● Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
