This is a pivotal role in delivering projects and developing strategies that provide top quality support to leading pharmaceutical executives, therefore the role has a high level of responsibility and you would need to be highly committed to delivering the best possible outcomes for both projects and clients.

Key Accountabilities:
- Understanding and delivering the clients strategic needs, beyond immediate projects
- Managing day to day interactions with client teams, taking a lead role in project discussions and presentations to clients
- Building strong client relationships while ensuring projects profitability
- Contributing to account planning processes and client proposals preparation
- Assigning and managing team work, providing support and oversight with project deliverables i.e. identifying issues, forming hypothesis, designing & conducting analyses, synthesising conclusions into recommendations and helping with final reports
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time and in accordance with the project plans, quality control practices and agreed deliverables
- Management of specific Junior Business Analysts, ensuring they have clear objectives, development plans, mentoring & support to grow and develop
- Anticipated travel at 30% of job requirement.
Key Skills/Personal Qualities:
Technical Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Practical knowledge of at least one of our practice areas e.g. market research, competitive intelligence or market access, pricing and reimbursement
- Previously held a project management role
- Masters or higher degree (PhD, MBA) in a life science subject from a leading university and/or relevant experience in biopharma, healthcare or consulting.
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Foreign language skills are preferred
