As an Business Transformation Consultant, you will be instrumental in crafting and implementing strategic initiatives for our clients. This role is all about partnership—working alongside client teams to cultivate cultures, design systems, and develop processes and tools that embody agile principles.
Your role involves
- Consulting Toolkit Development - Sharpen your consulting skills by creating engaging presentations, conducting strategic analyses, and applying structured thinking to manage work modules effectively
- Client Interaction - Build and maintain strong client relationships through a deep understanding of their needs, delivering impactful solutions, and presenting insights and recommendations
- Team Collaboration - Play a proactive role in team success by organizing work, facilitating effective meetings, embracing new challenges, and fostering a supportive and knowledge-sharing environment
Who we're looking for
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in any academic discipline
- 3-5+ years experience in consulting or a related field
- Experience in tracking metrics, handling complex analyses, and preparing communications to report back to client and internal leadership
- Ability to travel up to 80% of the time for client engagements
- A consulting mindset characterized by structured thinking and a relentless drive for impact

- Strong interest and passion for coaching
- Exceptionally people-oriented and high emotional intelligence
