KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Strategic Initiatives to join our Montvale Office of the Managing Partner organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily communications across various channels and develop key content for internal newsletters and updates
- Organize and manage logistics for events, ensuring seamless execution and engagement across the campus community
- Foster and manage relationships between the OMP team and the Montvale campus, collaborating on initiatives to enhance community engagement; demonstrate proficiency and confidence in working and communicating with leadership to ensure alignment and support for key initiatives and strategic objectives
- Support the firm's GROW strategy in the Montvale market by aligning communication efforts and driving initiatives that enhance internal brand awareness and growth
- Oversee writing, multimedia, and content creation for Office of the Managing Partner (OMP) communications, ensuring alignment with the firm's messaging
- Coordinate learning programs, facilitate training initiatives, and organize surveys and focus groups to assess employee needs; contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture by coordinating employee engagement efforts and supporting internal communications that reinforce the firm's values
Qualifications:
- Minimum three years of recent experience in Communications in a corporate environment
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Strong communication skills with proven ability to write content for diverse communications channels such as intranet, video, multimedia, and social media
- Proficient in Microsoft office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Prior experience working in a matrixed environment with cross-functional teams
- Superior interpersonal skills and ability to effectively lead and present to large groups, meetings, and councils
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
