Job Objective: To work with the team of data scientists managing multiple projects. Guide the team in formulation, model development and implementation by liaising with business stakeholders to explain the model outcomes.

Key Skills :
Python , machine Learning, Deep Learning(Neural Networks, RNN, LSTM, Transformer) , Good Understanding of NLP, Transformer models and their internal architecture/working , TensorFlow / Keras/Pytorch.
Responsibility :
- Research & develop business use cases where we can integrate LLM efficiently.
- Conduct research to identify opportunities for integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into various business use cases.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and natural language processing (NLP).
- Experiment with cutting-edge AI technologies and algorithms to solve complex problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement opportunities for integrating LLMs into various business processes and applications.
- Evaluate the performance of machine learning and deep learning models and fine-tune them for better accuracy and efficiency.
- Implement best practices for model optimization and hyperparameter tuning.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to drive AI initiatives forward.
- Discover and investigate open-source models that can be utilized for specific tasks, such as summarization and sentiment detection.
- Proficiency in creating data pipelines.
Experience: 4 to 5.5 years
Additional skills:
- Hands on experience with Generative Models (OpenAI / Open-source models).
- Hands on experience with LLM Frameworks like LangChain and Llama Index.
- Hands on experience in building applications and solutions using Large Language Models.
- Must have expertise in Python Language.
- Expertise in Prompt Engineering.
- Good to have experience in LLM Fine tuning.
- Good to have experience with Azure Cloud computing.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Masters in Statistics, Marketing, Finance, Operations research, Engineering, or equivalent full-time education
- 4+ years of work experience on analytic work.
- Should be inquisitive and have a learning mindset
- Willingness and ability to experiment with new tools and techniques
- Strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate actionable analytical findings
