About The Role
The Shared Services Analyst, Chrome River is responsible for administering and maintaining the Chrome River (Emburse Enterprise) system to ensure its functionality, efficiency, and compliance with organizational controls. This role involves system configuration, troubleshooting, workflow automation, compliance monitoring, and stakeholder support. The Analyst also drives process improvements, ensures audit and SOX compliance, and provides technical guidance to finance and shared services teams.
What You'll Do
- System Administration & Maintenance
- Oversee the Chrome River system, ensuring all features function as designed.
- Own daily support activities, including troubleshooting and directing workflow activities effectively.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and proper system configuration in compliance with company policies.
- Issue Resolution & Workflow Management
- Analyze and resolve system errors promptly, collaborating with internal teams and the vendor as needed.
- Define, program, and maintain workflow automation to align with business requirements.
- Support deployment of new features, including user training and documentation.
- Process Improvement & Compliance
- Collaborate with segment finance leads to evaluate existing processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with Internal Audit and SOX by configuring and maintaining necessary controls.
- Design and implement automated business compliance rules within the system.
- Testing, Data Analysis & Reporting
- Conduct QA testing of new programs, validating functionality and documenting results.
- Perform data analysis to generate insights from financial management systems and automated workflows.
- Develop and deliver analytics reports to stakeholders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Technical Support & Stakeholder Engagement
- Provide technical guidance to shared services teams, segment finance leads, and end users within defined SLAs.
- Maintain concise and timely communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding system updates, issue resolution, and key activities.
- Participate in vendor-led training, webinars, and conferences to stay updated on system enhancements.
- Professionalism & Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to department-led process improvement initiatives to enhance system functionality and user experience.
- Execute tasks with a high level of quality, professionalism, and accountability, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3 years of Accounting or Information Technology experience
- 3 years Financial Systems or Database Management experience
- Experience participating in ERP migration project(s)
- Experience with end-to-end system configuration testing, UAT, end-user training
- Ability to travel to FTI office(s) as needed
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; this position does not provide visa sponsorship
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Information Technology related field
- Experience administering an automated workflow database
- Green or Yello Below Lean Six Sigma certification
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Chrome River or Emburse and ServiceNow experience
