What you will do
You will review and analyse business processes and operations, mainly those of national public sector agencies. You will then develop strategies to:
- improve compliance, risk and performance outcomes
- provide assurance across financial, legislative compliance and process redesigns
- ensure strong organisational governance and risk management
- address internal control weaknesses and mitigate business risk exposures.
You will also perform assurance and internal audits that:
- test processes, operational controls and identify any gaps
- include strategic and pragmatic remediation advice.

Note: Due to the requirements for working with Australian Government clients, Australian citizenship is mandatory. At a minimum, you must also be able to obtain and maintain the Australian Government’s Baseline security clearance which checks your background and personal history for the previous 5 years.
