Join an established Health/NFP focused Consultancy, which assists organisations in those areas with digital transformations. You’ll help to analyse current state of client business, identify challenges/opportunities for improvement and define business requirements for system and process changes. The position will involve an element of travel within Sydney, as you'll be required to onsite to clients regularly.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients to identify challenges, explore the full complexity
- of issues and define problem statements.
- Document business requirements, user stories and business
- processes.
- Analyse current state of client business, identify opportunities for improvement, define business requirements for system and process changes.
- Plan and lead client workshops for Requirements Gathering
- and Review, and Business Process Design.
- Produce or review consulting reports as required.
- At times, perform project management/stakeholder management which may include business case development, monitoring and
- controlling the project scope, work breakdown structure,
- budgets/profitability and project financials.
- Engage with the sales team during the selling process to
- support the sale.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience working for a Consulting organisation- must have
- Experience across both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong working knowledge and track record of engagements in contemporary business analysis methodologies including Business Process Design and Optimisation, Lean Design, Design Thinking, Use Cases/User Stories/Journey Mapping, Customer Experience, User Experience, Requirements Capture & Analysis.
- Advanced knowledge of, and proficiency in, Microsoft Office
Nice to have:
- Experience working in Aged Care/Health Care/NFP sectors
- Experience with one or more of the following software applications: Technology One, Epicor, Workday Adaptive Planning, Salesforce, Workato or equivalents
- Project Management skills are an advantage.
