A Young Graduate Business Analyst
Main responsibilities:
- Collaborate on the design and implementation of effective data management frameworks.
- Work closely with market-leading clients to understand their unique data governance needs.
- Assist in developing and executing comprehensive data governance solutions.
- Contribute to the development and optimization of data models, structures, and workflows.
- Implement and operate data governance tools, ensuring their efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused outcomes.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and programming skills when needed.
Ideal profile:
- Recent MSc or MA graduate in Computer Science, Information Management, Business Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficient in English, with a good command in French and/or Dutch.
- Keen interest and basic knowledge in data management and data governance.
- Familiarity with data models, structures, and workflows.
- Exposure to at least one data governance tool is advantageous.
- Proactive mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Team player with a customer-success-oriented approach.
- Programming skills are considered a plus.
