This application is intended for students who attend the Spring Pathways Experience on Friday, March 7th, 2025. This virtual, flexible experience allows candidates to learn more about the internship experience, application process and ability to network with RSM professionals/recruiters. Programming is made to be flexible so students can drop in and out of the virtual experience as it meets their school/work schedule. Students do not need to attend the whole experience for early internship consideration.

Interests in Data Digital Solutions - Application Development or Data Analytics
- The DDS teams craft tailor-made software solutions to suit the client's unique business needs. They also improve efficiency & reduce risk across the finance and accounting landscape and improve the budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial consolidation processes. They also resolve client data challenges, derive insights from their data through strategy, governance, centralization, and operational/descriptive analytics to create a streamlined, more automated, reporting source of truth.
- Ideal candidate:MIS, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Accounting and/or Finance.
Interested in Managed IT, Cloud & Infrastructure
- The MCI team helps companies continue operations and maintain essential back-office functions by providing cost savings, proactively implementing best practices, and staying aligned with current trends and technologies.
- Ideal candidate: MIS, Computer Science, or other IT related major.
Responsibilities:
- Engaging with project teams to assist with project deliverables
- Participates in client meetings and site visits while interacting with top-level management to obtain pertinent information
- Building successful customer relationships
- Collaborating and working effectively with consultants in other regions and practices
- Perform ongoing support as needed
Required Qualifications:
- 90 credit hours completed
- Working towards B.A. / B.S. degree or equivalent from accredited university
- Major in Business Admin/Management, Entrepreneurship, Global Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Operations & Supply Chain, or other related degrees
- Travel is required. Must have access to and ability to arrange for use of reliable modes of transportation to those locations
- Ability to travel up to 20-30% locally and nationally
- 0 – 2 years relevant work experience
- A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred

At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range: $26 - $32 per hour
