Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Healthcare Consultant Subject matter expert (SME), to join our team, focusing on driving consulting offerings in the provider area with a strong background in automation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions that improve healthcare delivery, enhance patient outcomes, and optimize operational efficiencies.
Responsibilities
- Lead consulting engagements with healthcare providers to assess current processes and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Develop and implement customized automation strategies that align with clients' goals and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy automation solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for automation in healthcare settings, including electronic health records (EHR) systems, patient management, and administrative workflows.
- Conduct training and workshops for healthcare providers to ensure effective adoption and utilization of automation technologies.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to continually offer cutting-edge consulting services.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and manage project execution to ensure successful outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing ongoing support and consultation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, information technology, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of mid-level management experience with deep knowledge in Provider operations with leading consulting and/or large providers across their value chain
- Deep understanding of Provider operations, clinical workflows, and regulatory requirements..
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in relevant technologies and software, including EHR systems, robotic process automation (RPA), and data analytics tools is a plus
- Certification in project management (PMP) or healthcare IT (e.g., CPHIMS) is a plus.
