Let’s Talk About Your Qualifications and Experience
We are seeking a motivated, intelligent, university-educated candidate with no more than 3 years of professional work experience. The ideal candidate will have a desire to be a well-rounded advisory consultant with a focus on SAP strategy. Strong analytical and presentation skills are a must.
About You
- Degree-educated – likely to be in Business, Commerce, Law, Management, or IT
- Strong data analysis skills using MS Excel
- Strong PowerPoint skills in creating visuals of key findings
- Strong problem-solving, presentation, and consulting abilities in front of both external and internal customers
- Potential background in procurement, dealing with contracts and exposure to negotiations
- Experience in internal IT analysis within a large corporate environment
- Possible experience in contracts/commercial review and analysis
- Possible experience in Software Asset Management
- Extra-curricular activities that demonstrate the desire to go the extra mile
Let’s Talk About the Role and Responsibilities
First and foremost, this is a delivery-focused consulting role. Reporting to the Co-founder & Head of SAP Licensing Advisory, you will help clients gain visibility into their current SAP licences and assist them in obtaining the right commercial flexibility with their contracts to enable their SAP modernisation journey for success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing customers’ software contracts and order forms
- Producing a consolidated view of overall licensing commercials
- Conducting workshops to determine future SAP licensing needs
- Performing total cost of ownership modelling for licensing options
- Assisting in the development of negotiation strategies
- Presenting findings and recommendations to customers
Role Breakdown:
- Reviewing Contracts – 15% (initial data analysis)
- Customer Meetings and Workshops – 20% (can be face-to-face or on Teams)
- Analysis in Excel and PowerPoint Deliverables – 50% (creating graphs, using V-lookups, and effectively displaying data)
- Business Development Support – 15%
