About the Role
As a Senior Consultant in our Business Insights team, you will develop advanced analytical solutions tailored to the CPG & Retail sector. You will work on diverse problems, including pricing strategies, product recommendation engines, and segmentation methodologies, to drive data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand key challenges and translate them into actionable analytical approaches.
- Design and implement data-driven solutions to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
- Develop and deliver clear, compelling insight reports and presentations tailored to business audiences.
- Lead project teams, ensuring insights are effectively translated into business value.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing stakeholder expectations, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Support commercial activities by contributing to project proposals, defining scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their ability to generate impactful business insights.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
- 5+ years of proven experience developing use cases for the CPG & Retail sector.
- Background in advanced analytics, data science, and data visualization.
- Excellent storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to collaborate with business teams at various levels.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Commercial acumen, with experience in developing client-facing materials and supporting business development efforts.
