We are hiring for this position in Trinity’s Waltham, MA office.
We are seeking hard working, committed and intellectually curious individuals who are passionate about the life sciences. At Trinity, Associate Consultants are an integral part of project teams comprised of staff, management, and leadership team members. Associate Consultants will have exposure to a wide variety of strategic business issues, as well as the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of the life sciences industry, ranging from small biotech's to large pharma.
Associate Consultants develop their skills through extensive formal and informal training, as well as receiving mentorship that encourages them to stretch their analytical, leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
About the Team:
The Evidence Strategy team is part of Trinity’s broader Evidence, Value, Access and Pricing (EVAP) group. Evidence Strategy provides strategic and tactical support to biotech, pharma, and medical device clients on many aspects of evidence planning, value creation and demonstration, and scientific communication through real-world health economics and outcomes research (HEOR).
Our team helps clients with holistic value propositions for innovative treatments, health economic models, literature reviews, primary research (with physicians, patients, and payers), secondary research (e.g., claims, EMR, registry, etc.), data analysis, and strategic publications (e.g., abstracts, posters, manuscripts, dossiers, etc.).
Prepare the team along all dimensions of engagement work in preparation for both internal and external interactions
- Conduct general secondary research activities such as systematic/targeted literature reviews, review of clinical guidelines, epidemiology sources, treatment algorithms, and product’s reimbursement status across key markets
- Inform initial hypotheses and eventual findings/recommendations based on secondary research
- Support the team from a therapeutic area / market dynamics knowledge leadership position
- Support quantitative analysis of data from primary and secondary research sources
- Prepare the project team for all primary research engagements with KOLs, payers, and other knowledge authorities relevant to the assigned workstream
- Collate findings from clinical, scientific, and business data and research in an organized, systematic fashion for easy review and interpretation by other team members and clients
- Support project teams with detailed meeting notes from internal and external engagements
- Develop slides in PowerPoint that synthesize key learnings from primary and secondary research, as well as internal team analyses, in collaboration with project teams

Trinity’s salary bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills; level of experience and training; specific qualifications, performance, time in role/company, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. The base salary is $92,500 (USD). In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus and other benefits.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent; Economics, Health / Life Sciences, Public Health, or Health Services
- HEOR certification is a plus
- Demonstrated interest in the pharmaceutical / life sciences industry, health economics and outcomes research
Work Experience: 0-2 years of experience in consulting, or other relevant areas within the life sciences industry.
