About the job:
Risk Analytics & Data Insights
- Analyze and interpret non-financial risk data to identify emerging trends and potential risk exposures.
- Develop and enhance risk analytics models to support proactive risk identification and mitigation.
Control Framework & Risk Taxonomies
- Assess and enhance risk control frameworks to ensure alignment with regulatory and industry standards.
- Work across various non-financial risk taxonomies, including investment suitability, AML, Anti-fraud, cross-border risks, etc.
Project & Change Management
- Lead and support risk transformation projects, ensuring smooth implementation and stakeholder alignment.
- Drive process improvements and technology adoption to enhance risk monitoring and reporting capabilities.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, Technology and Business teams to align risk strategies.
- Translate complex risk insights into clear, actionable recommendations for management and key decision-makers.
About you:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in non-financial risk management and data analytics within financial services preferably within retail or private banking space.
- Strong understanding of risk control frameworks and risk taxonomies in banking or financial institutions.
- Proven experience in project management and change management within a risk function.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Team player with a strong ability to drive risk initiatives across business functions.
