The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive technical expertise in Salesforce and a strong understanding of data quality and data governance. This hybrid role requires excellent analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a day shift environment.
In your first few weeks in this role, you can expect to:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Salesforce implementation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Oversee the design development and deployment of Salesforce solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Conduct data quality assessments and implement data governance frameworks to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Develop and maintain documentation for Salesforce processes configurations and integrations.
- Lead workshops and training sessions to educate users on Salesforce best practices and new features.
- Monitor and analyze system performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other business systems.
- Provide expert guidance on Salesforce capabilities and limitations helping to shape the overall strategy and roadmap.
- Ensure that all Salesforce projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
- Stay current with Salesforce updates and industry trends incorporating new features and best practices into the organization.
- Support the development of data quality and data governance policies ensuring they are effectively communicated and enforced.
