We are now looking for a new colleague to join our CFO Advisory consulting team in Helsinki!
Your role:
As one of our consultants within corporate treasury area, you will support Treasury teams of various clients on diverse topics. You will be part of our CFO Advisory team which assists clients in finance initiatives, ranging from strategy to execution.
Your work as a Business Analyst includes for example:
- Supporting clients in their transformation projects from technology selection to implementation together with the team.
- Supporting in daily operations in a treasury department for a specified period.
- Analysing company-specific pain points, such as foreign exchange positions or bank account structures, and devising solutions to address them.
- Developing treasury processes and controls across the front, middle, and back office.
- Developing your consulting skillset and our business together with the team, for example, by creating client proposals and continuously improving our offerings and internal practices.
As your proficiency deepens, you will have a chance to adopt larger responsibilities in client engagements, for example, in leading projects/ project streams, and in our internal business development activities.
We are looking for:
- Academic degree in a relevant field (for ex. M.Sc. in finance). You can be a recent graduate or finalizing your degree.
- Some previous treasury work experience for example from a summer job or an internship role
- Good skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent communication skills in Finnish and English (written and spoken)
