How you’ll make an impact
In our client services structure, career progression follows a clear path: Graduate/Associate, Senior Associate, Manager, Senior Manager, Director, and Managing Director. This role sits at the Senior Associate or Manager level, positioning you to lead project teams, manage client relationships, and drive measurable outcomes.
These roles will support our Federal Government clients to create efficiency and effectiveness through the review, design and implementation of optimal business processes and operating models

What you bring
- Previous experience within Federal Government or Defence
- The ability to gain and maintain a NV1 security clearance (must be an Australian Citizen)
- Experience with business analysis
- Experience with operating model design
- Experience with business process design
- Previous management consulting experience (advantageous but not essential)
