Transformation Consultant – Leadership & Agility

As a Management Consultant, you will be at the forefront of business transformation, applying structured problem-solving and Agile methodologies to help organizations evolve.

What will you be doing?

• Solving Complex Business Challenges – Frame and test hypotheses, develop data-driven insights, and deliver innovative solutions
• Leading Workstreams & Driving Execution – Take ownership of key initiatives, ensuring high-quality, impactful results with minimal oversight
• Engaging & Influencing Clients – Build strong relationships, facilitate executive discussions, and lead workshops to align stakeholders
• Transforming Businesses with Agility – Implement Agile methodologies, optimize business operations, and embed long-term change
• Collaborating & Growing – Work alongside top-tier consultants, contribute to business development, and support team members' professional growth

Who we're looking for

• 4+ years of consulting experience, with a passion for transformation and leadership development
• Strategic & Analytical Thinking – Ability to structure ambiguous challenges, apply problem-solving methodologies, and drive data-informed decision-making
• Client-Facing & Communication Skills – Strong facilitation, storytelling, and stakeholder management abilities, with expertise in PowerPoint and presentations
• Agility & Business Transformation Expertise – Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in implementing organizational change
• Adaptability & Travel Readiness – Comfortable in fast-paced environments, working on-site with clients, and open to traveling up to 80% as needed
