Job Description
As a Supply Chain Consultant, you will play a critical role in delivering actionable insights and transformational change for our clients' supply chain operations. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing a comprehensive, end-to-end perspective on supply chain strategies and processes, both traditional and digitalized. This includes leveraging levers in multiple domains across supply chain such as demand forecasting, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), scheduling and production execution.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Support senior leadership teams to develop supply chain strategic planning, to ensure alignment, to lead critical initiatives, and to enable sustainable improvements
- Collaborating closely with clients and teams to gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, thus develop insight-driven recommendations to optimize supply chain performance.
- Presenting recommendations and solutions to senior client stakeholders and working with client team members to implement these solutions effectively.
- Leading projects that may involve establishing production and sales coordination mechanism, improving capacity (including but not limit to, production line upgrade, staff skill enhancement, etc.), re-structuring reporting relationships, enhancing processes and procedures, and implementing target-setting and performance-monitoring systems and so on to improve supply chain outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Analytics, or related field
- 5-10 years hands-on experience in supply chain management and/or consulting experience
- Professional experience preferably in Automotive, IT/High-tech, Industrial/Consumer Goods, Retail or General Merchandising Store (GMS)
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse cultural backgrounds
- Excellent organization capabilities, including the ability to initiate tasks independently and see them through to completion.
- Fluent in both Chinese and English (written and spoken), capable of seamless communication with U.S. and China teams
- Ability to create work product-focused materials/outputs, which may include PowerPoint decks, Excel models, articles, or other written deliverables.
- Proficient in rational decision making based on data, facts, and logical reasoning.
- Ability to work independently under pressure in an overseas environment

Eligibility Requirements: Candidates must possess a valid L1 visa or legal work authorization to work in USA, and able to work full-time on-site for five days a week
