The Opportunity
As part of the SAP Data and Analytics team you lead data migration initiatives and support SAP implementation projects. As a Senior Associate you analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain rigorous standards. You focus on building client relationships, developing a deeper understanding of the business context, and navigating increasingly complex situations to deliver quality solutions.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Understanding of SAP IT Architecture and design
- Reading and supporting functional specs and writing technical specs
- Experience as a SAP Data Migration Consultant in at least 1 SAP implementation project
- Experience with data migration from various legacy applications to SAP ECC and S/4 HANA
- Developing ETL programs and data quality processes using SAP Data Services, SAP Information Steward, and Syniti ADMM
- Proficiency in SAP load methods: IDOC, BAPI, ABAP, LSMW, LTMC, LTMOM, Migrate Your Data (Fiori app)
- Proficiency in data coding tools: SQL, Alteryx, Python
- Solving technical data problems
- Consulting, designing, implementing, supporting, and leading significant tracks on larger projects or leading mid-sized consulting engagements within the SAP product suite

The salary range for this position is: $84,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
