Role description:
As a Consultant, you will take an active role combining business ideas and technological ecosystems. You will have the opportunity to discover the best of strategic consulting, digital architecture and business knowledge to create exceptional solutions for our clients.
A Consultant plays a pivotal role as a bridge between the financial industry and technological innovation. Their primary responsibility is to advise clients and stakeholders on adopting advanced tech solutions that streamline financial processes, enhance decision-making, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Among others, your main responsibilities will be:
- Identify and mitigate risks in manual procedures and ensure compliance with internal policies and audit and regulatory requirements
- Actively support transformation and/or optimization initiatives to improve process efficiency/effectiveness
- Produce and manage internal reports and statistics on departmental activities (dashboards)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or any with a Business or Technology background
- At least two year of experience is required (previous experience in Consulting is a strong plus)
- C1 English level is mandatory
- International payment systems knowledge: SWIFT (MT76X, MT70X), SEPA
- Product knowledge: Letter of Credit, SBLC (Stand-by Letter of Credit), BG (Bank Guarantee).
- Regulatory compliance knowledge: Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and Counter-Terrorism Finance (CTF).
- Excellent communication, and presentation skills
- Strong work ethic and organizational skills to work in a fast paced environment
