The Work:

- Cross collaborate internally as part of a multi-disciplinary team, leveraging in house capabilities in areas such as data & AI, Security & operations functions etc.
Key Skills:
- A proven track record of working on large-scale, complex programmes within a management consulting, technology delivery or engagement management/business development role
- Demonstrated success in the implementation of end-to-end solution project lifecycle, working across diverse teams and geographies
- Relevant industry experience within a Risk function in commercial, retail, financial services or software and platform, coupled with a demonstrated interest in industry trends and an ability to develop and bring market relevant points of view to our clients
- Extremely strong collaboration, planning, influencing, prioritisation, and time management skills
- The ability to distil complex, multi-faceted regularity topics into a structured approach
- The ability to co-ordinate & prepare key delivery lifecycle artefacts, such as business and data requirements and supporting artefacts (e.g. Business Requirement Documents, Functional Specification Documents, Functional Data Requirements and Interface Specifications)
- Facilitating cross functional team discussions to prioritise requirements and design decisions across implementation
- Managing the hand-over of requirements to delivery teams and requirements clarifications throughout delivery lifecycle
Qualifications - Here’s What You Need:
- Strong relevant experience working as part of large-scale, complex programmes within a management consulting or risk advisory / delivery role
- Background in Financial Services, Tech or Risk Advisory is preferable with an understanding of Risk Management processes, tooling & Regulatory Reporting
- Relevant 3rd level honours degree and / or financial industry certification and/or a risk accreditation (PRMIA, GARP)
- Experience in and ability to coordinate workshops with multiple stakeholder groups
- Strong client-engagement skills and excellent communication skills
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audience
Nice to haves:
- Experience working in an Agile environment and using supporting tools e.g. GRC
- Knowledge of and passion for emerging trends in areas such as Trust & Safety, Climate Risk, Security, Machine Learning, RegTech, Environmental, Social & Corporate Governance (ESG)
- Experience with risk assessment tools, risk control self-assessment (RCSA), and key risk indicators (KRIs)
- Experience of working in regulatory engagements or regulatory environment
- Utilise advanced data analytics, AI, and digital tools to enhance risk modelling and forecasting.
- Support clients in regulatory and compliance initiatives, including Basel III, Solvency II, GDPR, and other relevant regulations.
