Analyst/Associate

Our growing Transaction Management Solutions (“TMS”) team offers a unique opportunity to work at the heart of private markets transactions, supporting investment professionals across Private Equity, Real Estate, and Infrastructure.
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst/Associate who is passionate about driving deals to a successful close, coordinating across teams, and making a tangible impact from day one.
What You’ll Be Doing
As an Analyst/Associate in our TMS team, you will play a key role in supporting and managing the end-to-end transaction process. You’ll assist, drive and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to bring complex investments to signing and closing in an organized and seamless manner.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assist with the execution (closing) of investments, supporting the planning and coordination of workstreams across various jurisdictions.
- Laise with stakeholders on topics such as setting up and implementing acquisition structures, executing transaction documentation, and addressing investment-specific requirements.
- Support the equity funding process, including helping to develop fund flows, coordinating with external partners (e.g., co-investors, syndication), and assisting with capital calls.
- Prepare clear, complete, and concise deliverables, such as fund flows and reports, for clients and deal teams.
- Work closely with stakeholders on acquisition structuring and implementation requirements.
- Drive process improvements and support initiatives that help strengthen the team and enhance execution processes.
- Build client relationships and demonstrate a working knowledge of client businesses; with opportunity to assume additional responsibility
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Law
- Previous experience in Financial Services Sector, Advisory, Transaction Management or Deal Execution (Private Markets exposure preferred)
- Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Ability to manage several projects and effectively meet deadlines
- Strong work initiative and the ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas
- Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work and continuously improving how we work together
