Job Overview
• Develop, analyze, and implement both short-term and long-term strategic business processes.
• Plan initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, align with the organization’s strategic vision, and achieve financial objectives.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, economic developments, and regulatory changes to assess and plan for potential impacts on business operations.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making and execution.
• Participate in the evaluation of potential mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic partnerships, providing data-driven recommendations and financial impact analysis.
• Support the execution of acquisition and integration processes, working closely with business leaders to align initiatives with corporate growth strategies.
Essential Functions
• Provide strategic planning, development, and support for business and strategic development initiatives.
• Manage global customer accounts and relationships by offering leadership and guidance to both customers and IQVIA project teams.
• Identify and implement process improvements and best practices across projects and teams.
• Participate in joint operational and executive meetings, preparing key materials and facilitating follow-up actions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and efficient delivery of IQVIA services.
• Track and manage delivery of key metrics, milestones, and contractual obligations for assigned projects.
• Develop and support strategic initiatives that strengthen business partnerships and drive commercial success.
• Support the development of long-term partnership plans and play a key role in maintaining client relationships.
• Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external clients, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
• Promote operational excellence by driving collaboration across business units and supporting integrated strategic planning efforts.
• Lead or contribute to special projects requiring strategic research, analysis, and presentation of findings to stakeholders.
• Identify potential inorganic growth opportunities and support the execution of M&A activities as needed.
Qualifications
• 8+ years of relevant experience in strategy, business development, or a related field.
• Experience in management consulting and/or corporate strategy is preferred.
• Healthcare industry experience or familiarity with IQVIA services is a plus.
• Fluency in both Korean and English is required.
