Your Impact
As a McKinsey consultant with a passion for digital, you will work at the forefront of innovation, partnering with high-caliber clients to tackle their most complex business challenges.
Collaborating within a team of 3-5 consultants, you’ll drive end-to-end digital transformations across business, technology, processes, and people—creating lasting impact by reinventing the core of our clients’ businesses.
Your role will involve gathering and analyzing data, formulating and testing hypotheses, and delivering actionable recommendations to senior client leadership. You’ll also play a key role in implementing these solutions alongside client teams, ensuring tangible results.

Your Qualifications and Skills
- + 2 years of experience in Digital Transformation in consulting or international complex contexts
- Master's degree with outstanding record of academic achievement
- Functional knowledge or passion in digital technology, eCommerce, IT strategy consulting, etc.
- Aptitude for analytics
- Passion to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work with people at all levels in the organization
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
- Fluent in the English, Italian mandatory
