Description
We are looking for an energetic Consultant, Strategic Client Engagement who can apply critical thinking to a wide range of strategic and programmatic projects. As a Consultant, Strategic Client Engagement you will be a key part of the team helping to execute these projects and shape the future of how our products deliver value to clients. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will have the opportunity to exercise strong analytical skills, solve complex problems, and communicate findings to executive audiences.
What you’ll achieve:
- Support project execution,including coordination across cross-functional teams, leading the development of compelling narratives for our clients, translating data into actionable insights, and other project management.
- Analyze scientific literature and healthcare landscape to inform recommendations on how Surgo’s analysis and products can support achievement of client goals, health outcomes, and health equity.
- Develop compelling communications materials for the executive audience including pitch decks, concept notes, and findings summaries.
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years of consulting with pharmaceutical/life science companies required
- Previous work using data analytics to solve health care challenges
- Strong project management skills. Has a sense of ownership over project completion and a bias towards action.
- Detail oriented, and is a good team player who can work across cross-functional teams
- Strong critical and strategic thinker with deep intellectual curiosity
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.You can create compelling (PPT) presentations that synthesize data in a structured, clear, well-formatted way to explain a narrative. You can work with a diverse range of stakeholders and manage partnerships
Location: Headquartered in Washington, DC. This role is a hybrid role based in DC with 2 days/week in the office.
Travel: Up to 5-10% travel expected
