Key Responsibilities

Test Automation

Build automated test cases using Tricentis Tosca (training materials to be provided)
Liaise with client business users to understand the user flows/journeys for the existing application
Building a playbook/guidebook on use cases and best practices for Test Automation
Participate in discovery workshops with vendor on Tosca

Change Management

Plan the strategy/timeline for Tosca adoption
Prepare training materials/curriculum for client team members
Train the client teams on Tosca tool and guide them to build automated test cases

Operations & Maintenance

Collaborate with client business users to support testing efforts for service requests

Skills/Experience

Possessing Tosca knowledge is beneficial, but not a critical consideration as training will be provided.
General interest in learning a new tool/certification.
Good consulting/communication/presentation skills will be important in the change management aspect of the role.
