Our client is a leading global infrastructure investment platform is looking to add an Investment Associate to its NYC-based team. The firm manages over $15B in AUM and invests directly across core and core-plus infrastructure sectors, with a strong focus on transportation, utilities, renewable energy, digital infrastructure (including data centers, fiber, and towers), and the broader energy transition.
This is a high-impact role with direct responsibility on transactions, visibility across the North American portfolio, and exposure to senior leadership from day one.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and support due diligence, financial modeling, and market research for new investments
- Build detailed operating models and valuation frameworks
- Draft and present materials to the investment committee
- Evaluate opportunities across sectors including utilities, renewables, digital infrastructure, and energy transition
- Support strategic initiatives such as platform build-outs, bolt-on acquisitions, and capital structure optimization
- Work directly with portfolio company management teams to drive value creation
What we’re looking for:
- 2-5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or infrastructure investing
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Demonstrated interest or experience in sectors like digital infrastructure, renewables, or energy transition
- Commercial judgment, project management skills, and the ability to work independently in a lean and entrepreneurial team
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field
