Job Title – Business Analyst – Infrastructure
Location- Melbourne
Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Analyst having prior experience in Infrastructure projects, delivered business analysis services w.r.t IT infrastructure, cloud, on-prem, networks, EUC etc.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business needs related to infrastructure.
Analysis and Design: Evaluate current infrastructure, identify gaps, and propose solutions.
Project Management Support: Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of infrastructure projects.
Documentation: Create detailed business requirements, process flows, and technical specifications.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business teams and IT departments.
Testing and Validation: Ensure infrastructure solutions meet business requirements through testing and feedback.
Skills:
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud technologies.
Independently conduct workshops, present the Gate packs with the sponsors and relevant stakeholders.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
